Just browse our corset range, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept Visa, Visa Delta, Mastercard, Switch, Solo & American Express When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. Shipping And Handling Mainland UK delivery is FREE. Delivery to Ireland and other non mainland UK regions is £5 per order. (FREE on orders over £200) Delivery to the rest of the EU is £10. (FREE on orders over £200) Delivery to the rest of the World is £15. (FREE on orders over £200) We also offer an expedited World delivery service for £40. Products sent outside the EU may be liable to Import Duty or tax which Adore Corsets has not included in the shipping charge. Please check your local regulations before placing your order. Delivery times vary considerably dependant of which product you have ordered as most of the corsets are made by hand to order and very few are held in stock. PLEASE NOTE: Delivery times can not be guaranteed. Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will place it on back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If you have any concerns over credit card security please feel free to contact us. Refunds & Exchanges We guarantee your complete satisfaction. All of our products come with a 14 day guarantee. As long as you return the corset to us in PERFECT CONDITION within 14 days of receipt (21 days for non UK customers) we are happy to offer an exchange or refund. (Please note that bespoke/custom fitted corsets, including all Angels Carrying Savage Weapons Corsets, may not be returned unless faulty and corsets used for tight lacing can not be returned) Bespoke, made to measure corsets cannot be refunded or exchanged, as these are one off items made to your specifications. The date of receipt is defined as the date the item arrived at your requested delivery address. To clarify, if you are unavailable to take delivery of the item and the parcel is taken to your local sorting office for collection, the 14-day period commences from the original day delivery was attempted. Please make sure to include your invoice and a note stating weather you require a refund or exchange when returning goods. Watch our sizing video in the Adore Fitting Room For hygiene reasons we can not accept corset returns unless you have worn a vest or similiar garment under the corset when trying it on. For items that are being returned to us we do not accept responsibility for loss or damage that occurs during transit. We recommend that you return corsets to us insured and recorded delivery. PLEASE NOTE: Sale corsets can not be refunded, they can only be exchanged for another product or a credit note. Cancellations Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery. To cancel this contract, you need to do so in writing. Please email us, stating the order number and giving your clear instruction to cancel the order. We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days after we receive your notification. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
