Corset Sizing - Please Read Before Ordering See Fitting Room Corset sizing can be complicated especialy as different manufacturers size their range in different ways. Below you will find details of all of our manufacturers sizing guides. If you have any questions about the sizing of your corset please feel free to contact us before you order and we will try our best to help. Please provide the following details if you have sizing questions: bust measurement at it widest (not always the same as bra size so please measure) waist at its thinest point hips at the widest point Axfords, Bizou, London, What Katie Did, Vollers and Velda Lauder Corsets Sizing Information Your corset waist size is different to your actual waist size as the corsets are designed to "slim" your natural waist size by 2 or more inches. It is advisable that you follow these guidelines when choosing your corset waist size: If your waist size is up to 26 inches then choose a corset with a waist 2 inches less If your waist size is 26 inches or greater then choose a corset with a waist 4 inches less To ensure you order the correct size, pleasemeasure your waist, if you get an even number for example 28inch take off 4 inches and order a 24inch waist corset. If you get an odd number for example 29inch take off 3 inches and order a 26inch waist corset. Corsets are around 10 - 12 inches bigger around the bust than the chosen corset waist size. There is additional flexibility in the lacing. Please note: - For Velda Lauder Corsets, we will contact you for additional measurements after receiving your order. - Bizou and Vollers Corsets offer a 'Made to Measure' service which can take up to 4 weeks. Angels Carrying Savage Weapons Corsets Sizing Information Angelic Weapons corsets are measured in waist sizes and are designed to take between 2-4 inches off of your waist. The size you are ordering is the cinched waist size not your personal waist measurements. To ensure you order the correct size, please measure your waist, if you get an even number for example 28inch take off 4 inches and order a 24inch waist corset. If you get an odd number for example 29inch take off 3 inches and order a 26inch waist corset. The cup size for all the corsets increase gradually as the size increases: Corset waist sizes 18/20/22/24 are cut at a B Cup but will go up and down a cup depending on the amount of pull on the lacing. Corset waist sizes 26/28 are cut at a C cup but will go up an down a cup as above. Corset waist sizes 30/32 are cut at a D cup but will go up and down one cup as above. We can alter the bust size for you if you wish. When ordering you can write your bra size in the comments box and we will make this slight alteration for you for free to ensure that your corset encases your breasts rather than either gaping or crushing them. Savage Angels Bespoke Fitting Service Because as we all know, no two women are ever the same, we offer a bespoke service, offering you the chance to have a corset made to fit you like a glove. This carries a £70 surcharge on top of the price of your chosen overbust corset and £40 on top of an underbust corset. Once we receive your order we will tailor make a pattern to suit your proportions, manufacture it in a cotton fabric with all the bones and busk fastenings. This sample will be sent out to you for you to try, allowing us to make any alterations before cutting the final fabric, ensuring that a perfect fit is achieved everytime. We will send you detailed measurement instructions and also offer email support to ensure your measurements are taken as accurately as possible. This service usually takes between three to four weeks from initial order to completed garment. If you lose or gain up to ten pounds in weight their corsets will give you the desired fit. If you lose a lot of weight we will be happy to take your corset in at a surcharge of £50.
